The COVID-19 Story, things we take for granted

    August 10, 2021 /

After all the drama I experienced, this article would definitely be the last thing I’m gonna share. As the world doesn’t revolve around me, I realized that there is a priority when it comes to addressing an issue. Not only are you struggling with resources, but you’re also battling with time. The longer this pandemic continues, the more we will suffer from material and immaterial losses. Everyone’s life has been so demanding since the pandemic began. As a result, there must be a sense of tolerance as well as acceptance if we seek aid. We couldn’t escape the fact that we require each other’s help as social creatures. I’ve had…

The COVID-19 Story, the world doesn’t revolve around you

    July 30, 2021 /

Thursday, the fifth day after being identified as positive, I developed another symptom that impairs my ability to taste and smell. This was terrible news as I didn’t feed myself adequately since day one due to a lack of appetite. What could have gone worse was that I still had no prescribed medication. Fortunately, my friend, whom I have to pay tribute to, provided me some of the generic drugs such as paracetamol, panadol (for headache relief), vitamins, and other supplies. When I told her about my condition, she immediately acted as if she were my twin, well she claimed it. Not only did she provide me the goods, but…

The COVID-19 Story, the worst is yet to come

    July 26, 2021 /

The state of emergency for covid-19, also known as PPKM Darurat, was declared from July 3 until July 20, 2021. However, on Tuesday, the last day of PPKM Darurat, Indonesian President Joko Widodo announced on his official YouTube channel a five-day extension till July 25, 2021. The reason for this is that the number of covid-19 cases in Indonesia is rapidly increasing, and I was one of them contributing to the cases. My roommate developed severe symptoms on Friday, one day before PPKM Darurat was implemented. He wasn’t sure if those symptoms were likely to be Covid-19’s at first. As a result, he went off to work as usual. However,…

    Everything Happens For A Reason

    August 30, 2020 /

There were myriad moments in my life that made me difficult to forget. The moment when I failed the university admission exam, the moment I didn’t win a competition, and the moment when I lose some precious stuffs that belong to me. They were full of bad experience indeed. Not only because they were “pricey”, but also those stuff no longer could support me to run the day and the future. These are some stories I’m trying to recall that gave me immense lessons in life. I’m not sure to what extent the lessons have contributed to shape who I am today. But, the failure and loss as the result…

    Things I Wish I Knew Earlier – Part 1

    August 19, 2020 /

In my 20s, there has been much that I should be grateful for. The things that previously I regretted, but at the end turned out to be what I supposed to do instead. Aside, there are few things that proly turned out bad, that I couldn’t rewind to make the result a bit better. Lesson-learned, here are three things I wish I knew earlier, that you guys, could consider when taking every important decision in your life. Professional Internship Back then, when I was in college, I was sort of overwhelmed with the assignments the professor had given. I felt like there was no single moment I could breathe the…
